Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your personal account, associated credentials, and workspace records at any time.

Option 1: In the App

Open Collectly on iOS or Android → Profile → Edit Profile → Danger Zone → tap Request Account Deletion.

No longer have the app installed or lost your device? Submit the authenticated deletion form below.

What gets permanently deleted

  • Your personal user profile (Name, email address, phone, avatar)
  • Authentication tokens, device push IDs, and biometric session keys
  • Owned workspaces, customer directories, reminder rules, and message logs

Statutory Financial Retention Exceptions

Historical invoice transaction summaries and confirmed payment logs may be securely retained for the minimum statutory period required for tax audit and anti-fraud regulations before automatic hard deletion.
